Big Ten Power Rankings (Post-Week 5): Some separation within the Michigan, Ohio St, Penn St group?

In last week’s power rankings, I decided it was time to add tiers into the equation. Not surprisingly, the top tier consisted of the Big Ten’s three schools that are all inside or near the AP Top 5 — and therefore legitimate National Championship contenders. That three-team tier has shrunk down to two this week, though.
And that’s certainly not the only movement in this week’s newest rankings. Check them out below.
