Stock Watch (9/11): Who's on the rise and who's on the decline? Plus new power rankings!

Last week I rolled out the debut of my new Stock Watch weekly staple. It was well-received, so I think we’ll continue to roll with this throughout the season. I also said I was going to experiment with where and when I’d be posting Big Ten Power Rankings. And since both of these features deal with the conference as a whole, I think it makes the most sense to package them together. So going forward, these two items will be locked in to Wednesday on my weekly posting schedule.
