Is Michigan on the verge of making NFL Draft history?

An apology at the top for the delay in getting this out. For those that don’t follow me over on Twitter, I promise I have a pretty good excuse — we recently welcomed our third child into the world. He’s an incredible kid and I’m thankful for the blessing, but it certainly throws another wrench into my “newsletter time.”
Between this newsletter post, an upcoming one on Juwan Howard’s future once basketball season ends and (hopefully) a third newsletter setting the table for Michigan’s spring football season, I do hope to keep your inboxes busy in the coming weeks.
One other quick order of business: Before I jump into the meat of the newsletter, I’m excited to announce the two winners of the autographed National Championship ball giveaway for newsletter subscribers.
Those winners are David Pence and Josh Barr. The folks at Nikco Sports have your order numbers and should be upgrading those orders on their own. But if you have any questions about the logistics, please feel free to e-mail me at bagofbell@gmail.com
Like I mentioned with the giveaways at the newsletter level for free premium subscriptions and extensions to existing subscriptions and the giveaways for a couple of free balls over on Twitter, I’m really hopeful to continue getting to do more of these types of things as the year goes on as a thank you to those who subscribe. So keep your eyes peeled on that front.
And with that, let’s get to the actual newsletter — a look at the NFL Draft outlook of nearly 20 Michigan football players heading into next month’s draft, coming on the heels of last week’s NFL Combine at Michigan’s home away from home: Indianapolis.
