Results of my 2024 U-M football fan survey continue to roll out. Last week, Part 1 looked at fans’ thoughts on the ongoing NCAA investigation into both the Michigan football program and former head coach Jim Harbaugh. A few days ago, Part 2 tackled how folks feel about the current state of the Michigan football program.
Today is Part 3, which focused on how you all feel about Michigan’s numerous changes this offseason. The fourth and final installment will come over the weekend and it will look at expectations for the season ahead.

And with that, let’s get to the meat of this newsletter, which breaks down your responses to 10(!) different questions about offseason changes, including Michigan’s incoming freshmen, new transfer portal additions, changes at coordinator at both the offensive and defensive level and then the six new positional hires made by Sherrone Moore in a busy offeseason (RB, TE, DL, LB, DB, ST).
