Premium subscriber perk: Fantasy college football leagues are back

This is coming a little later than it did last year, but I still definitely want to keep the tradition alive of holding fantasy college football leagues for premium subscribers that are interested in participating. This should be Year 3 of the leagues, with solid participation numbers the first few years and a few memorable finishes to leagues last fall.
